Dixon is revising the Dixon California General Plan and any interested persons are invited to be a part of the process! There is a general plan advisory committee and the public is encouraged to attend and input their ideas and concerns.

The next meeting is: October 19, 209 at 7:00 PM at the Fire Station on Ford Way. There will also be a workshop on Nov 17th.
The basic goals of this General Plan are to:
• Conserve natural resources in and around the city.• Maintain a neighborhood and family-friendly city.• Enhance the living and working conditions provided in the city.• Provide a range of viable transportation alternatives.• Provide adequate governmental response to the citizenry.
